Who leads the delivery
David Martin is Founder and Principal. Before founding D W Martin, LLC he led the technology teams supporting multi-site operations, coordinated commercial technology vendors alongside internal platforms, and carried architecture and delivery oversight through enterprise programs — moving between leadership and direct problem solving as the work required.
That is what principal-led means here. The person accountable for the engagement has run delivery before and stays close enough to it to see when it is going wrong.
